His day starts at the Ramcon shop, where he gathers the tools, materials, and equipment needed for the day’s work. Once he arrives on-site, safety is his top priority—he thoroughly checks the job site, evaluates weather conditions, and briefs his team on the tasks ahead. His ability to plan ahead and keep his crew informed helps ensure that every project is completed efficiently and safely.

While Abel has yet to encounter a project he considers truly difficult, he is fully prepared to analyze problems and find the best solutions whenever challenges arise. His problem-solving mindset and willingness to take on responsibility are just a few of the qualities that make him such a valuable leader at Ramcon.
