The Crosslands is located on the northwest corner of South Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441) and Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee, Fla. The center’s anchor retail tenants include Marshals, HomeGoods, and Haverty’s Furniture. The eateries are Starbucks and Cheddar’s Casual Café. Osceola County expects the project to spur an urban core to include living and working space. The retail space is 420,550 square feet and is Osceola County’s first construction project of this size since the 2008 recession.
RAMCON Roofing installed several roofing systems totaling approximately 140,000 square feet of mechanically attached White Single-Ply TPO roof system with high-energy efficiency insulation over a steel deck. The system has roughly 3,250 linear feet of protective walk pads placed near HVAC Units and other strategic locations.
RAMCON’s ANSI/SPRI ES-1 certified sheet metal department fabricated and installed over 2,800 linear feet of coping cap with cover plates and gutters in accordance to the contractors design and specification.
The Crosslands is an ongoing development set on 94-acres RAMCON completed Phase I in January of 2015.
