Details

RAMCON completed two new roof installations on PETSMART locations in  2011 and 2014. Each roof system is approximately 14,000 square feet. RAMCON installed a new .045 TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) Single-Ply roofing system. This system is mechanically attached over two layers of rigid polyisocyanurate insulation, which provides an approximate R-Value of 30. We use two layers of insulation in lieu of one to prevent any ‘thermal bridging’, which would occur if we simply used one layer of thicker insulation. This eliminates any ‘gaps’ for air leakage and assists in lowering energy costs. This system carries a full 15 year No Dollar Limit Warranty and provides an enhanced thermal reflectance of the membrane to compliment the insulation package.
