Experience and requirements
- Commercial roofing experience: 2 years preferred.
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, standing seam or roof coatings preferred.
- Knowledge of roofing, construction or a related field.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb a ladder over 40 feet.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to operate power tools and construction equipment safely.
- Initial pre-employment drug screening required.
- Basic English skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to commute to the assigned work location.

Join RAMCON’s commercial roofing team and help install, repair and maintain roofing systems on Florida projects. You will work with a crew under the direction of a foreman or superintendent, with a focus on safety, quality and teamwork.
Your work includes:
• Performing tear-off, installation and repair of various commercial roofing systems.
• Preparing equipment, materials and the jobsite for setup and cleanup.
• Maintaining excellent jobsite safety and safe working practices.
• Demonstrating strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Completing other duties assigned by your foreman, superintendent or management.
Overtime, night and weekend work may be available depending on project needs.
