Experience and requirements
- 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of commercial roof systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod-Bit and BUR.
- Ability to read and interpret specs, details and work orders.
- Ability to plan, schedule and direct a crew, and to train new crew members.
- Commitment to safety: daily safety checks, weekly safety meetings, fall protection.
- Daily time sheets, job reports and photo documentation.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights; able to lift 50+ lbs and work on roofs in Florida heat, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Valid driver's license (required; you'll drive a RAMCON truck).
- Post-offer drug screen and background check required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
