Experience and requirements
- No experience needed: RAMCON trains.
- No driver's license required.
- Willingness to learn and to follow directions from the foreman.
- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival.
- Follows all safety rules, including fall protection and PPE.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights; able to lift 50+ lbs and work on roofs in Florida heat, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Post-offer drug screen and background check required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
