Experience and requirements
- 6+ years of commercial roofing experience with a history of advancement.
- Extensive experience in quality application of modified bitumen and single-ply roofing assemblies.
- Proven organizational, management and leadership skills.
- Experience with project scheduling and measuring performance against budget goals.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug test, DMV screen and background check required.
- Ability to commute to assigned project locations.

As a RAMCON Roofing Superintendent, you will report to Operations leadership and have project foremen and crews reporting to you. You will work closely with Project Management and other Roofing and Sheet Metal Superintendents from preconstruction and onsite meetings through supervision, quality control and final closeout.
