Bass Pro opens its newest store in The Estuary shopping center located at 10501 Palm River Road and is visible from I-75. The store opening brings in 300 full and part-time jobs. The store is opening ahead of schedule August 2, 2015. Bass Pro is a place where outdoor enthusiast can become experts with their free workshops for camping, hunting, boating, and fishing. The Islamorada Fish Company Restaurant is approximately 7,000 square feet featuring fresh specialty seafood dishes.
RAMCON Roofing installed 101,700 square feet of Single-Ply TPO reinforced membrane on the main roof with walk pads along roof hatches and equipment. The standing seam metal roof located on the front portion of the building and over the restaurant totaling approximately 34,000 square feet.
