JP Morgan Chase has made strong directions towards personal banking in Florida and is developing numerous facilities throughout the state. RAMCON has been working closely with Chase Bank and has installed new roofing systems on six (6) facilities already this year. Chase Bank understands that high insulation values pay off quickly. Each bank has an insulation value of R-37 and a LEED certified reflective TPO Single-Ply membrane roof. This combination drastically reduces energy consumption of the facility and reduces urban “heat island” effects. In addition, Chase Banks have architectural standing seam metal panels and awnings installed by RAMCON sheet metal technicians that compliment the looks of the facility and provide the customer experience that Chase Bank strides towards.
