RAMCON recently completed this massive FedEx Distribution Facility in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This building is one of many RAMCON projects where we are excited to help Florida grow into being the premier location for advanced manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
Centered along Interstate 95 and Becker Road, this facility is covered in over 245,000 sq. ft. of John’s Manville TPO roofing system. Ending the project with a 99.5% Safety Score, our team is proud of the work we completed on this project. This project is part of Legacy Park at Tradition, a new 3.2 million-square-foot industrial and distribution center development led by the St. Louis-based Sansone Group.
