RAMCON installed a LEED approved roofing system on a distribution center located in Clearwater, FL. This project consisted of a 212,800 square feet Built-Up Modified Bitumen roofing system over the warehouse area and office facilities. The main office building features 46,000 square feet standing seam metal roof. The Modified Bitumen roof was installed with a Torch Down application over an R-19 insulation. RAMCON sheet metal crew, custom fitted and installed the facility’s, the standing seam metal roof, custom gutters, and downspouts on the perimeter of the facility. The project is an FM insured facility with wind uplift speeds to withstand winds greater than 150 mph!
