RAMCON just completed a brand new 220,000 square feet Sam’s Club in Ruskin, Fla. The project consisted of the installation of a TPO Single-Ply roofing system mechanically attached over Polyisocyanurate insulation. Some of the challenges of this project included the installation and flashing of over 150 integrated dome skylights. RAMCON crews also installed standing seam metal panels on the front canopy.
The new facility is located at the intersection of US 301 and Big Bend Road.
