RAMCON installed the roofing system at the new Sun Toyota dealership in Holiday, FL. Sun Toyota is 75,000 square feet of TPO (thermoplastic) roofing membrane over two (2) layers of rigid insulation. This project is certified LEED Silver and used several local manufacturers (within 500 miles of jobsite) to obtain the required LEED points. All roofing material, including the metal coping cap, is LEED certified with a solar reflective index greater than 78, the industry requirement for LEED certification.
