RAMCON Roofing installed a 14,000 Square Feet SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing System on the newest Suncoast Community Health Centers building located in Brandon, Fl. The system received a 20 year No Dollar Warranty.
Suncoast Community Health Centers, Inc.. is a premier health center serving the residents of Hillsborough and Polk Counties since 1977. The Brandon, FL ground-up facility is home to the first pediatric dental residency program in the Tampa Bay area and their new corporate headquarters. The center will also provide services for pediatrics, family medicine, diagnostics/x-ray, women’s health, and WIC clinic programs.
