The average roof size is 12,500-14,000 square feet with 2,000-3,000 square feet of concrete roof tile canopies, although some of the locations have opted for standing seam metal. Every Walgreens design includes a Fire Rated Built-Up roofing system, and complete installation takes approximately one week.
