Roof inspection

  • Visual inspection of the membrane and roof surface
  • Flashing systems: metal edge, base flashings at equipment and walls, counter flashing, termination details, soil stacks and vents
  • Rooftop projections and equipment: pitch pans, HVAC curbs, skylights, access hatches

Preventative maintenance

  • Tears, splits, and breaks in flashing membranes repaired with the appropriate mastics and membranes
  • Splits and blisters that threaten roof integrity cleaned, primed, and repaired
  • Unsecured rooftop equipment secured, exposed fasteners sealed, termination bar and counter flashings sealed
  • Metal projections, hoods, and clamps sealed

Housekeeping

  • Debris removed from the roof membrane
  • Roof drains, gutters, and scuppers cleared so water keeps moving

Roof inspection report

  • A written report after every visit, with findings and photos
  • Added to a roof database maintained on your system for the life of the agreement, so you have history instead of a stack of invoices

Open to commercial property owners, managers, and facility decision-makers in RAMCON's Florida service area, 18 or older. No purchase necessary. One entry per building. Entries close July 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Winner selected at random and notified by email. Prize is a one-year RAMCON Bronze Shield Proactive Maintenance Agreement on a single qualifying commercial roof, awarded at no cost and subject to a site assessment and execution of RAMCON's standard agreement. Visit frequency is determined by RAMCON based on roof condition. The agreement covers inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance as described above. It does not include recoating or resurfacing, internal roof drains, mechanical work, punctures, penetrations not installed by RAMCON, or damage from storms, winds of 39 mph or greater, hail, lightning, flood, fire, vandalism, or misuse. The agreement is non-transferable, does not auto-renew, and RAMCON reserves the right to decline a roof that fails assessment and to select an alternate winner.
