Step 1: Locate Your Versico Warranty Number

Your Versico Warranty Number is located at the top of your warranty document.

If you cannot find your warranty number, have the building owner’s name and full physical address ready, as you will need to provide this when reporting the leak.

Step 2: Contact Versico

To report a roof leak, contact Versico Warranty Services using one of the following methods:

When contacting Versico, you will need to provide:

• Warranty / Serial AB# or CMD Number
• Building Address
• Name, email, and phone number of the person reporting the leak
• Name of the building owner
• Name and phone number for the onsite contact
• A detailed description of the leak (include location, severity, and any urgent concerns)

Step 3: Request RAMCON as Your Preferred Roofer

When speaking with Versico, request that RAMCON Roofing is dispatched for the leak repair.

Step 4: Notify RAMCON for Faster Service

If you email the leak request to Versico, we strongly recommend CC’ing your RAMCON representative or roofleaks@ramconroofing.com.

• This allows us to prepare the necessary paperwork and respond immediately upon Versico’s direction.
• If you report the leak by phone, send RAMCON a quick follow-up email or call so we can expedite our response.
