Service Technician

Join RAMCON’s service team as a Foreman or Technician. Inspect, troubleshoot and repair commercial roofs, with opportunities to develop your skills or lead a two-person crew.
Experience and requirements
- Foremen: 5+ years of commercial roofing service and repair experience required.
- Foremen: Expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR and modified bitumen roofing systems.
- Foremen: Strong customer communication and crew leadership skills.
- Foremen: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and successful drug screening required.
- Technicians: 2–3 years of roofing service experience preferred.
- Technicians: Valid driver’s license required.
- Technicians: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders over 40 feet.
- Technicians: Reliable, safety-focused and willing to learn.
- All applicants: Ability to commute to the assigned work location.
