Employee Spotlight: Daniel A. – Putting Heart into Every Roof

This month, we’re excited to shine our Employee Spotlight on Daniel A., a valued member of the RAMCON team whose hard work and positive attitude make a difference every day.

Daniel has been with RAMCON for one year and two months, and in that time, he’s become known as someone who’s always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed.

“My typical day is a little bit of everything,” Daniel says. “Installing insulation, screwing down panels, laying out rolls, working on edge metal; really, a bit of all kinds of tasks.”

That willingness to take on “a bit of everything” is exactly what helps keep our projects moving smoothly and safely. Whether it’s handling insulation, fastening components, or helping with finishing details, Daniel approaches each job with care and pride.

What He Enjoys Most About RAMCON

For Daniel, the best part of working at RAMCON isn’t just the work itself, it’s the people he does it with.

“What I enjoy most about working at RAMCON is the great team we have,” he shares.

The sense of teamwork on the job site is something he values deeply. From early mornings to long days in the sun (or, in rare cases, the cold Florida air), having a crew that supports one another makes all the difference. Daniel appreciates that everyone is pulling toward the same goal: delivering quality work our clients can rely on.

Life Beyond the Job Site

Outside of work, Daniel finds his peace by the water.

“Outside of my job, I really like the sea and the beach,” he says. “And fishing is my favorite hobby.”

Whether it’s casting a line, spending time near the ocean, or simply enjoying the coastline, being near the water helps him recharge so he can bring his best self back to the job.
