A Steady Hand on the Roof

Each day, Jesus plays a vital role in helping his foreman, Jerome Y., and leadman, Antonio M., accomplish the team’s daily goals. From screwing down insulation and TPO to handling flashing and intricate roof details, Jesus approaches every task with precision and pride. His focus and consistency ensure that projects are completed efficiently and up to RAMCON’s high standards.

A Problem Solver at Heart

One of the challenges Jesus often faces on the job is dealing with malfunctioning equipment, something that could easily slow progress. But instead of letting those moments create setbacks, Jesus takes initiative. He’s known for looking into issues himself, learning how to fix them, and keeping the job moving forward. That willingness to problem-solve and take ownership embodies the RAMCON spirit, where innovation and teamwork go hand in hand.
