From the moment he stepped into his role, Julio has embraced the responsibility that comes with protecting both our clients and our crews through leadership, precision, and accountability.

As a Quality Control Foreman, Julio’s days revolve around leadership and oversight across multiple job sites. His role requires him to move between crews, checking installations, correcting details, and ensuring that every roof system is applied according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

In commercial roofing, details matter. Proper installation today prevents problems tomorrow, and Julio takes that seriously. His presence on site ensures that our work reflects the high standards RAMCON is known for.

Julio says, it’s about making sure we’re applying quality roof systems and doing things the right way. And that mindset drives everything he does.

When asked about the most difficult challenge he’s faced on a project, Julio didn’t mention materials or weather, he mentioned time.

Deadlines, schedules, and the pace of construction can test even the most experienced professionals. But instead of fighting against the clock, Julio learned something valuable:

“Don’t go against time, go with it. Life can sometimes be more simple in that way.”

“What I love and take the most pride in doing, at home and even at work, is being the best and most active father, I can be to my two beautiful kids, Kalani and Gianni. They are the reason for my everything.”

That sense of purpose fuels his work every day. The dedication he shows on site mirrors the dedication he brings to his family. For Julio, providing quality work and providing for his children go hand in hand.
