Project Profile: Roofing Excellence at Crossroads West Building #2
At RAMCON, every project tells a story of precision, collaboration, and performance—and the Crossroads West Building #2 in Tampa, Florida is no exception. This new construction job stands as a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality, dependable roofing systems tailored to meet the unique demands of large-scale commercial and industrial facilities.
The Scope
Located in the rapidly developing Crossroads Commerce area of Tampa, Building #2 is part of a strategic expansion designed to support Florida’s growing logistics and warehousing needs. RAMCON was selected to provide a top-tier roofing system that would meet performance expectations in both durability and energy efficiency.
The Solution
To meet those goals, our team installed a Johns Manville TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing system—a smart, modern choice for new commercial construction. Known for its excellent UV resistance, heat-welded seams, and long-term weather protection, TPO is a trusted material for Florida’s climate.
For this project, we used a mechanically attached installation method, securing the membrane in place for optimal wind uplift performance and durability. This method ensures long-lasting protection, especially critical in storm-prone regions like the Gulf Coast.
The Team Behind the Build
Every successful RAMCON project is backed by a skilled and dedicated crew. Foreman Lawrence led the on-site team with precision and attention to detail, while Project Manager Robbie provided oversight and coordination to ensure timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks were met without compromise.
A Strong Foundation for What’s Ahead
As Tampa’s commercial and industrial footprint continues to grow, projects like Crossroads West Building #2 reflect RAMCON’s ability to scale with confidence. Whether we’re roofing a single facility or working across multiple phases of a development, our focus remains the same: deliver roofing systems that perform—and partnerships that last.
