At RAMCON Roofing, the strength of our company comes from the people who show up every day ready to put in the work, and Samuel B. is a great example of that commitment. As a Service Tech and Foreman with 12 years at RAMCON, Samuel has built his career on consistency, resilience, and a strong work ethic that continues to make an impact across our projects.

When asked what a typical day looks like for him, Samuel keeps it simple: “a beautiful day.” That mindset reflects the kind of attitude that helps drive success in the field. No matter the conditions or challenges, showing up with a positive outlook sets the tone, not just for the work, but for the entire team.

Like many in our industry, Samuel faces challenges that require both mental and physical strength. One of the biggest for him is working on high buildings. But instead of avoiding it, he pushes himself to overcome it head-on. By continuing to step outside of his comfort zone, Samuel demonstrates the kind of determination and growth mindset that defines strong leadership in the field.

Over the years, Samuel has taken on the responsibilities of both a service technician and a foreman, roles that require technical skill, accountability, and the ability to lead by example. His experience allows him to approach each job with confidence, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards RAMCON is known for.

What stands out most about Samuel, though, is his personality. He says his favorite part about working at RAMCON is the work itself, but also the people. He enjoys joking around with his coworkers and bringing a sense of humor to the job site. That kind of energy goes a long way in building strong team dynamics and making even the toughest days more manageable.

Outside of work, Samuel enjoys fishing in his free time, a chance to unwind and recharge away from the job.

After 12 years with RAMCON Roofing, Samuel continues to be a dependable and valued member of the team. His dedication, willingness to push through challenges, and ability to connect with those around him are what make him stand out.
