This year, we marked the occasion with a full week of recognition, outreach, and appreciation. Here’s a look at how we spent each day:

Monday: Celebrating Our Projects & Pride in Craftsmanship

We kicked off the week by spotlighting some of our most recent and outstanding projects. From large-scale commercial installations to specialized repairs, we showcased the precision, professionalism, and pride that define RAMCON’s work. It was a powerful reminder of the talent and dedication that go into every roof we build and the impact that work has on our clients and communities.

Tuesday: Giving Back to Local Kids in Need

On Tuesday, we brought our community values to life through a heartfelt donation to A Kid’s Place, a foster care home in Brandon, Florida that provides a safe, stable, and loving environment for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Understanding the importance of creating joy and comfort in young lives, our team came together to collect and deliver a large box filled with toys for the children currently living there. From stuffed animals to games, each item was selected with care, in hopes of bringing smiles and a sense of normalcy to kids going through difficult times. Giving back to organizations like A Kid’s Place is deeply meaningful to us at RAMCON, it’s one of the many ways we stay connected to the communities we serve and use our platform to spread kindness where it’s needed most.

Wednesday: Rooftop Shout-Outs to Our Crews

Midweek, we took time to recognize the people who make RAMCON what it is, our crews out in the field. Across several job sites, our teams held up National Roofing Week banners from the rooftops, proudly representing the industry and the work they love. We shared photos to highlight their enthusiasm and team spirit, and to give our followers a glimpse into the real faces behind our projects.

Thursday: Putting Safety First

Safety is a cornerstone of everything we do at RAMCON, so Thursday was dedicated to reinforcing that commitment. We spotlighted our employees’ participation in recent safety trainings, including a risk seminar and a CPR class. These sessions are just one example of how we invest in our people and ensure every team member goes home safe. Roofing is a demanding job, and our crews’ well-being always comes first.

Friday: Sweet End to a Great Week

We wrapped up National Roofing Week with a sweet surprise for our hardworking employees: an ice cream truck parked right outside our office, serving up a variety of frozen treats for an hour. From classic cones to flavorful popsicles, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was a fun, refreshing, and much-deserved break that brought smiles, laughter, and a sense of camaraderie across the team. As the week came to a close, this small gesture was our way of showing gratitude for the dedication, effort, and spirit our team brings to RAMCON every day.
