Delivering Excellence: Home Depot Naples Roofing Project Completed

RAMCON Roofing is proud to highlight the successful completion of a large-scale new construction project for Home Depot in Naples, Florida; a project that exemplifies our commitment to precision, safety, and high-performance roofing systems.

Spanning 1,100 squares, this project involved the installation of an Elevate .060 TPO mechanically attached roofing system, beginning on October 22, 2025, and reaching completion on April 16, 2026. Delivered on time and on budget, the project is a testament to the strength of our team’s coordination, planning, and disciplined execution from start to finish.

The roofing assembly included 3.75 inches of polyisocyanurate insulation paired with a 12′ x 100′ .060 TPO field membrane, mechanically attached at 6 inches on center to ensure long-term durability and performance. Beyond the system itself, the project required extensive detail work, including roofing around more than 20 rooftop curbs, 11 smoke vents, and numerous vent-through-roof (VTR) penetrations and exhaust fans. Each of these elements required careful planning and execution to maintain system integrity and weatherproofing.

One of the most technically demanding aspects of the project was the installation of McElroy Mega-Rib 7.2 translucent standing seam metal panels. This portion of the work required elevated safety protocols, including specialized handling, access planning, and fall protection measures. Our crews worked with precision and coordination to ensure that this complex component was installed safely and efficiently, without compromising quality.

Leadership played a key role in the project’s success. The job was led by Adam, Jamie, and Jesse, whose oversight ensured consistency and execution at every phase. Ricky provided critical support in managing safety on-site, helping maintain a strong safety culture throughout the duration of the project.
