Currently serving as our Fabrication Manager, Dave leads the shop team with precision, overseeing the cutting and folding of sheet metal—a critical component of our roofing projects. His sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality have set the benchmark for our operations. Beyond his technical expertise, Dave has become an integral part of employee orientation and training, helping new hires understand RAMCON’s values, processes, and expectations. His ability to share his knowledge and mentor others is a cornerstone of our team’s growth and success.
