RAMCON Delivers High-Performance Roofing Results in Wesley Chapel, Florida

Our recent progress at the North Tampa Bay 75 Business Center in Wesley Chapel, Florida is a strong example of exactly that.

RAMCON is nearing completion on a 2,100-square new construction roofing project featuring a Johns Manville TPO mechanically attached roofing system. Since mobilizing on April 13, the project has moved forward at an impressive pace, demonstrating the efficiency and coordination of our field teams from start to finish.

By May 6, the roofing system was essentially installed, with crews completing the final roof sections and wrapping up wall flashing details. Metal fabrication and installation are now underway as the project enters its final stages. Even with an aggressive schedule, the team has remained on track and under budget, a reflection of both careful planning and exceptional field execution.

Efficient Local Labor Driving Results

One of the key contributors to the project’s success has been RAMCON’s use of all in-town labor. The project was completed using a local crew that generally ranged between 10 and 12 team members, allowing the team to maintain strong production while keeping operations streamlined and efficient.

Using local manpower not only helped the project maintain momentum, but it also strengthened communication, scheduling flexibility, and overall jobsite coordination. The result was a highly productive workflow that kept installation moving consistently without sacrificing attention to detail.

Safety Performance Setting the Standard

At RAMCON, safety is never treated as an afterthought. Throughout the duration of the project, the team maintained an exceptional level of safety compliance and jobsite awareness.

Two recent safety inspections returned scores of 99.44 and 99.41, giving the project an outstanding average safety rating of 99.43. These scores reflect the crew’s daily commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and professionally managed jobsite while meeting demanding production goals.

As the project transitions into final completion phases, quality inspections are next on the schedule, and the project is well positioned for another strong performance.
