Employee Standout: Greg – 23 Years of Dedication Behind the Scenes
At RAMCON, our success is built not just on roofs, but on the people who make everything happen behind the scenes. This month, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on one of those people: Greg, our Warehouse Manager and longtime team member who has been with RAMCON for an incredible 23 years.
Greg plays a critical role in the day-to-day flow of our operations. As Warehouse Manager, he’s responsible for pulling orders, receiving materials, delivering to job sites, and ensuring superintendents have what they need to keep every project on track. It’s a fast-paced, high-pressure position that requires organization, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of our materials and systems qualities Greg brings in abundance. One of the biggest challenges he faces is locating everything needed for an order, and when something is missing, he doesn’t hesitate to coordinate with the estimator to find a quick solution. His responsiveness and thoroughness keep our projects moving and our crews supported.
What sets Greg apart isn’t just his work ethic, it’s his attitude. He truly enjoys helping others and takes pride in supporting everyone around him. Whether he’s solving a last-minute logistics issue or making sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time, Greg is the kind of teammate everyone relies on. Outside of work, Greg is equally active and hands-on. He enjoys hiking and fishing in off-the-beaten-path spots and spends his free time hunting or helping friends with their projects.
Greg’s commitment, reliability, and can-do spirit exemplify what RAMCON stands for. After more than two decades, he continues to make an impact every single day, and we’re honored to recognize him as this month’s Employee Standout.
