April was a month full of momentum, connection, and celebration here at Ramcon Roofing, and we couldn’t be prouder of the projects we completed, the people we met, and the memories we made. New Roofs, Re-Roofs & Project Progress

Our crews were hard at work throughout April, delivering exceptional results across a variety of commercial roofing projects. From new installations to complete re-roofs, our teams showcased the craftsmanship and care that make Ramcon a trusted leader in Florida’s commercial roofing industry. We’re always proud of the work we put into protecting our clients’ investments—and even more proud of the teams who make it happen.

Inspiring Future Roofers: Career Fair Highlights

We also had the opportunity to attend three different career fairs this month in partnership with the Future Career Academy. These events gave us the chance to connect with high school students exploring the wide range of possibilities in skilled trades—and introduce them to rewarding careers in commercial roofing.

Meeting the next generation of talent was not only inspiring, it reminded us just how important it is to share our knowledge and passion for this industry. We’re committed to building strong roofs and strong futures.

Trade Show Spotlight: FBFM 2025

April also marked our first trade show of the year, the Florida Buildings Engineering & Facility Maintenance Show (FBFM) at the Florida State Fairgrounds. We had a great time engaging with industry peers, introducing ourselves to new customers, and sharing how Ramcon delivers value through quality, safety, and service.

Trade shows like FBFM give us the chance to stay connected, spark new ideas, and showcase what makes our team stand out. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth, we’ll see you at the next one!

Team Bonding at Bowlero

Of course, all the great work we do wouldn’t be possible without the strong, supportive team behind it. This month, we took some time to unwind and connect off the jobsite with a night out at Bowlero in Lakeland. Bowling, laughs, and great company reminded us how much stronger we are when we take time to enjoy the team we’ve built.

To wrap up the month, we treated Alex’s crew to lunch as a sign of appreciation for their outstanding work and dedication. These moments of gratitude are just one of the ways we continue to recognize the people who make Ramcon what it is.
