A Roof Built for Resilience

Spanning 18,200 square feet, the SCFD Admin Building required a roofing solution that could stand up to Florida’s demanding climate while offering long-term performance. We installed a Carlisle KEE-PVC Fleece BACK membrane, fully adhered over lightweight insulating concrete. This system was chosen for its superior durability, weather resistance, and energy-efficient properties—making it ideal for a high-use public safety facility.

This wasn’t just about covering a roof—it was about protecting the infrastructure that helps protect others. Our team approached this project with a focus on precision and reliability, ensuring the system would perform under pressure for years to come.
