From FBFM to SEBC: Connecting, Learning, and Building What’s Next
This week, the RAMCON Roofing team had the opportunity to attend the Florida Buildings Engineering & Facility Maintenance (FBFM) Show at the Florida State Fairgrounds, and it did not disappoint.
From the moment the doors opened, the Expo Hall was filled with energy. Facility managers, engineers, vendors, and industry professionals from across the region came together with a shared goal: to learn, connect, and find smarter solutions for maintaining and improving their buildings.
A Day of Meaningful Connections
At Booth 503, our team had the chance to meet a wide range of attendees, from long-time industry professionals to those just stepping into facility management roles. What stood out most wasn’t just the number of conversations, but the quality of them.
We spoke with property managers looking to extend the life of their roofing systems, facility teams navigating budgeting challenges, and organizations focused on preventative maintenance strategies. These conversations reinforced something we already know: proactive planning and trusted partnerships are more important than ever in today’s environment.
Events like FBFM allow us to do more than showcase what we do, they give us the opportunity to listen. Understanding the real challenges our clients face helps us continue to refine how we serve them.
Showcasing Solutions That Matter
Throughout the day, we shared how RAMCON Roofing approaches commercial roofing with a focus on long-term value. From inspections and maintenance programs to strategic replacements, our goal is always the same: help clients make informed decisions that protect their assets and their budgets.
It’s clear that the industry is continuing to evolve, and we’re committed to evolving with it.
Why Events Like FBFM Matter
Trade shows like FBFM are a reminder of how strong and collaborative the building and facility maintenance community really is. They create space for:
- Sharing knowledge and best practices
- Discovering new tools and innovations
- Strengthening relationships within the industry
For us, it’s not just about being present, it’s about being engaged.
Next Stop: SEBC 2026
While FBFM was a great success, we’re already looking ahead to our next event: the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) this July at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
SEBC is one of the largest building industry events in the region, bringing together thousands of professionals across construction, development, and building services. We’re excited to continue the conversations we started at FBFM and connect with even more industry leaders.
Whether you’re focused on new construction, building systems, or long-term facility performance, SEBC is an event you won’t want to miss, and neither will we.
Let’s Stay Connected
To everyone who stopped by our booth, thank you. We appreciate every conversation, every question, and every opportunity to connect.
If we didn’t get the chance to meet at FBFM, we hope to see you at SEBC in July. And in the meantime, if you’re thinking about your roof, your budget, or your long-term facility strategy, our team is always here to help.
We’re just getting started.
